The Association is registered with the registrar of societies, under certificate No. R49952 on 19th October 2017 as a welfare Association for retired public servants. It is managed by an Executive Committee of 13.

- KDF/ discipline forces /NYS/ KWS etc.
- Local authority employees
- County governments
- Public universities, CUE etc.
- Judiciary, National Assembly
Member Registration:
- Letter of retirement/ proof of service.
- Dully filled membership application
- Ksh. 1000 registration fee.
